Before putting the equipment/products destined for children playgrounds on the Eurasian market it is going to be mandatory to obtain conformity documents, i.e. a certificate of conformity or a declaration of conformity.
The certificate of conformity will be necessary for the following products:
- Toboggans;
- Swings;
- Carousel;
- Rope ways;
- Playgrounds complexes (towns);
- Shock absorbing and rubber coverings.
The declaration of conformity will need to be registered for the products below:
- Sandboxes;
- Game houses;
- Labyrinths;
- Shock absorbing sand, gravel, turf coverings and crushed wood coverings.
Inspection of the equipment/products whose conformity was confirmed is going to be carried out after putting them on the market during a stipulated time period.
