Changes have been made to the list of equipment subject to certification or declaration according to CU TR 010/2011 “Safety of Machinery and Equipment”
On November 29, 2019 was the official publication of the decision of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) No. 203, which made changes to the equipment list that during customs clearance must be accompanied by a certificate or declaration of conformity TR CU 010/2011 "On safety of machinery and equipment".
This document was adopted a few days earlier-on November 26, 2019 and came into force on December 29, 2019.
The first changes are aimed at removing technical barriers connected with informing customs authorities about the registered conformity documents. It is now officiallyallowed to submit not only the documents themselves, but also information about them from the unified register of certificates or declarations.
At the same time, one more group of codes EEU HS has been added. It concerns equipment for drilling holes and wells, equipment for charging and drilling explosive wells-from 8412. Among such equipment, there are:
- Pneumatic drills/drill hammers;
- Hammers;
- Machines for drilling wells in the mining industry;
- Drilling device.
The included product group will also be subject to mandatory certification.
