On January 25, 2016 there was an official publishing of the decision No. 91 of the Eurasian Economic Union’s Commission regarding the introduction of changes to the technical regulation of the Customs Union "On safety of perfumes and cosmetics" (CU TR 009/2011)".
The decision was adopted on December 2, 2015.
The list of amendments is available here. The Eurasian Economic Union’s Commission has adopted their same version. These are the first amendments introduced into the regulation, which are coming into force in one year, i.e. on January 25, 2017.
CU TR 009/2011 was adopted by the decision No. 799 of the Customs Union Commission dated September 23rd, 2011 and came into force on July 1st, 2012. More information about the regulation is available here.
