On 16th April 2015 the official Decision No. 28 of the Board of Eurasian Economic Commission « On the introduction of technical regulations of the Customs Union in the Republic of Armenia » was published. Starting from 29th May, 2014 the Republic of Armenia officially adheres to the Customs Union, so the Board of the Eurasian Economic Union set the deadlines for the technical regulations of the Customs Union (hereinafter – CU TR) to come into force on the territory of Armenia.
CU TRs coming into force in Armenia
The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission set the following deadlines of the validity of national documents about the conformity assessment of products that from now on fall under the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union:
